How We Collect Personal and Non-Personal Data
Personal Data is personally identifiable information about users, including, but not limited to full name, birth date, e-mail address or mailing address, phone number, demographic information (such as interests, activities, gender, age, etc.), and any other information that can be used to identify or contact visitors.
The only Personal Data we collect through the WallpaperVille websites is the Personal Data that visitors voluntarily provide to WallpaperVille when participating in certain activities on the WallpaperVille websites such as posting comments, subscribing to our newsletters or other mailing lists, or following our social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Additionally, WallpaperVille may collect other data that does not qualify as Personal Data (“Non-Personal Data“) when visitors visit certain pages on the WallpaperVille websites. Non-Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, how many visitors access the WallpaperVille websites, which web or mobile browsers visitors use, the date and time of their visits, the length of their stays, and which pages they view. WallpaperVille may use technology to automatically collect and track Non-Personal Data. WallpaperVille may also use Google Analytics to collect Non-Personal Data about the use of the WallpaperVille websites such as website traffic by age, gender, affinity, and other categories.
Child Privacy (Children under the Age of 13)
Under the Children’sOnline Privacy and Protection Act (“COPPA“), general audience website operators are required to obtain prior parental consent if they knowingly collect, use or disclose any Personal Data from a child under the age of 13.
Here at WallpaperVille, our websites are not directed to or intended to be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose any Personal or Non Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. How We Use, Protect, and Disclose Your Personal and Non-Personal Data

Digital Millennium Copyright Act
If you believe that content published on an WallpaperVille website infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify WallpaperVille of your claim in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the procedure set forth below.
A notification of claimed copyright infringement should be sent using our contact form, and include the following information:
- Your address, telephone number and email address;
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the WallpaperVille Website, including the page address;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf; and
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
Keep in mind that if you knowingly make a false claim in a DMCA takedown notice, you could be subject to liability for damages, court costs and attorneys’ fees under federal law.
